In a Piece Publishing (IAPP) is not able to accept or refund or exchange due to a change of mind. Please consider purchases carefully.

Should your item be found faulty, IAPP will replace your item. If it cannot be replaced, IAPP will accept returns and offer a refund or store credit for your item. You can find our returns procedure below. 

Items found to be faulty due to misuse or mishandling will not be exchanged for replacement.

All IAPP products come with guarantees in accordance to Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Should you wish to return your item:

• E-mail IAPP at info@inapiece.com.au to notify us of a faulty item or an item not received.Include your contact details including invoice number. We will be in touch within 2 working days.
• Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer, and will not be refunded.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a seperate notification when your order has been shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
